Easy Keto Pumpkin Spice Frosty

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice, even better if it’s homemade
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar replacement sweetener, we’re a fan of Monkfruit
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat mixture until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes if using hand or stand mixture.
  2. Move the mixture into a Ziploc bag and freeze until almost frozen, about 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the tip off the bag, pipe into serving containers of choice, and enjoy your keto pumpkin spice frosty!
