- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz triple sec
- .75 oz peach liqueur
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Sparkling wine to top it off
- Orange and leafy garnish of your choice
Instructions
- Add ice to a wine glass until it is nearly full.
- Add in Aperol, peach liqueur, and pineapple juice.
- Top with sparkling wine for the fizz.
