A vodka cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz french ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz Campari
  • Splash of prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, grapefruit juice, and Campari. Shake the shaker vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain the mixture into a glass and top the cocktail with a splash of prosecco.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit slice, if desired.
