Don’t let red sauce have all the fun.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold milk. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. 
  3. Remove from heat once the White Sauce becomes thick and smooth.
