Easy Cucumber Spritz
Description
A refreshing drink for the warmer months.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 cucumber
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz soda water
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber in vodka and let sit for 30 min.
- Strain vodka to remove remaining cucumber.
- Combine infused vodka, simple syrup and soda water in a Collins glass and stir.
- Garnish with sliced cucumber.
