How Long are Overnight Oats Good For?

Overnight oats can typically last in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days if they’re placed in a clean container with an airtight lid. For optimal freshness and flavor, it’s best to consume them within this timeframe. Always prioritize safety and discard any oats that exhibit signs of spoilage, such as mold, an off odor, or a change in texture. Some ingredients, like those delicious but fragile fresh raspberries we all love, may also spoil quicker than others, so keep an eye on that.
