Who Invented the Peanut Butter and Jelly (PB&J) Sandwich?

In 1901, her recipe appeared in the Boston Cooking School Magazine, marking the earliest known reference to the sandwich. While Chandler may not have been the absolute first to enjoy this delightful pairing, her published recipe solidified the peanut butter and jelly sandwich’s place in culinary history.
