Girl From the North Country

Benedum Center, January 9-14

Hear Bob Dylan’s music like you’ve never heard it before as you adventure alongside a group of wayward travelers in 1934 Minnesota. The Tony Award winning musical makes its stop in Pittsburgh for a beautiful production about music, life and hope.

Cure What Ails You: Medicinal Cocktails

The Pennsylvania Market, January 10

Shake off the after holiday blues with a fabulous tasting dinner from Ritual House Chef Ed Smith featuring cocktail and wine pairings. The evening will start with a welcome cocktail and then proceed into a seven-course tasting dinner featuring Beef Sashimi, Shrimp and Pork Dumplings, Cauliflower Bisque, Seared Scallops, and more.

O’Reilly Theater, January 13

This heartfelt play from Atlanta is about 6 African American men, who have formed a family-like bond over the years and still routinely meet. As they take you through their life stories the characters touch on themes of abuse, mental health issues, abandonment, and addiction, topics not often talked about openly in the African American community.

Adda High Tea

Adda Coffee and Tea, January 14

Spend the afternoon at a true High Tea lunch in the cozy space of Adda Coffee and Tea. Indulge in a wide variety of teas, carefully curated to satisfy every palate, from classic Earl Grey to exotic herbal infusions.
