Delicious Sweet Potato Stacks, a side dish with earthy undertones, a bit of natural sweetness, and an aroma that can’t be beat. It’s a perfectly simple side dish for ham and poultry which comes together quickly, leaving you free to mingle with your holiday dinner guests.
Sweet Potato Stacks Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3 sweet potatoes, roughly the same size
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
4 tbsp butter, melted
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½-inch circles; you may have to trim them so they fit into your muffin tin.
- Mix together cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, butter, and salt then drizzle over the stacked potatoes.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
